A lot of this data was taken from http://www.opsi.gov.uk/acts/acts2004/20040031.htm but just rewritten in my own words. The "specific" right to copy/paste data from that site can also come from them. Their copyright allows for it to be done, if you contact them for permission. So... If someone ends up copying/pasting data from the main source I got this from, please get/confirm copyright information first. Also note this is my FIRST time creating a legal article of any kind, so if anything is off please change/cite. I intend to heavily expand this beyond the first draft, but I could use some co-editors overall to help me bring this together. There is a lot of technicalities I try to "interpet" the legal stuff I read as best I can. Once I get a few people working on this with me, we can remove the second part of this notice, the first I want to keep in place, because I want to avoid copyright at all costs, and try to make sure I rewrite it all in my own words.
