[edit] Merge or move?

This was not the only children railroad in the USSR by far. And it is not the only children railroad functioning nowadays by far. The article about other ones already exists under the title Children railways. Although much more informative is a Russian wiki of that article and this Russian website. I see two variants:

I'm in favor of the first variant, because the separate article about the CR in Minsk exists in Russian. Any objections? Cmapm 19:21, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
