• it is a cropped facial shot from a Sailor Moon musicals promotional image;
• it does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the wider copyrighted work in any way;
• it provides an illustration of this character (Sailor Chibi Moon) in the series, and is to be used solely for this purpose.
