Chitragupt

Chitragupt Shrivastav (1917-January 14, 1991), better known by his first name alone, was an Indian film music director of the 1960s.

Chitragupt composed music for films like Bada Aadmi, Aplam Chaplam , Opera House, Zabak. Zabak included songs classical numbers like Teri Duniya Se Door sung by Mohammed Rafi and Main Chup Rahoongi.

His sons Anand-Milind are also noted Bollywood music directors. They worked as assistant music directors with their father for eight years.
