Chip spice

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Chip spice, also American Chip Spice, is a seasoning intended to be added to chips (french fries), including paprika, tomato and garlic. Despite the trade name "American Chip Spice", the product is not made in America, although it is based on an American recipe.[citation needed] It is most commonly available at takeaways and fish and chip shops in the Kingston upon Hull and East Yorkshire area of England.
