Charles W. "Chip" Goodyear (born January 18, 1958) is the former chief executive officer of BHP Billiton, retiring from the position on September 30, 2007. [1] He had previously served as chief financial officer (1999-2001) and chief development officer (2001-03) of the company, and was appointed as CEO in 2003.[2]
