Chino Valley Medical Center (CVMC) is a 126 bed acute care facility in Chino, California. CVMC is owned and operated by Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. (PHS), an innovative and rapidly expanding hospital management company in Victorville, California. PHS was founded in 2001 by Prem Reddy, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.C.C.P, a cardiologist, healthcare enterprenuer and philanthropist, who acts as its present Chairman of the Board.
In 2004 US Banckruptcy Courts , Riverside awarded PHS management of CVMC persuent to Chapter 11 banckruptcy proceedings.
