Chinna Gounder is a Tamil film of the 1990s starring Vijayakanth and Sukanya in leading roles. The movie is about a man who tries to makes everyone in the village happy.

Chinna Gounder (Vijayakanth) witnesses a poor girl stealing fruits. She explains she needs money to collect for her debts. Then, Chinna's crooked uncle Sakare Gounder (Salim) conspires against him, but eventually the village stick up for justice and put an end to injustice.
