Chinese Christian Schools, known as CCS, include elementary and secondary education. CCS is located in Alameda, California and San Leandro, California, USA. The student population is mostly Chinese, and 96 percent is non-white.[1] As a private school, all students are required to pay a nominal tuition fee.

The school describes itself as "an educational ministry of Bay Area Chinese Bible Church that is college preparatory in academics, Christian in philosophy, and Chinese in culture." [1] The mission statement of Chinese Christian Schools is "Transforming Lives for the Glory of God."[2]

Students score approximately 540 on the SAT in Reading and Writing and approximately 605 in Math. Chinese Christian schools boasts a 100% college attendance rate.[3]

Chinese Christian Schools also provides various sports teams that students can participate in. Track and field, cross country, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and soccer are among the sports offered.[4] Students with a GPA lower than 2.0 are not allowed to participate in sports activities.[5]
