China World Trade Center Tower 3 is a 330 m (1,083 ft) tall skyscraper with 74 floors, 4 underground floors, and 30 elevators under construction in Beijing, China. Construction is expected to be completed in 2008. The building topped out on October 29, 2007[1].
It will be used for office and hotel space. The office space will be on floors 1 through 55. A 270-room hotel will be on floors 56 through 68 with a lobby on the 71st floor. Floors 72 through 74 will be used for a restaurant and an observation deck.
