Chin Chin

Chin Chin is a fried food popular in Nigeria and West Africa. It is a cookie-like sweet fried batter of wheat flour and eggs, which may also contain cowpeas. "Chin chin" is a great dish for students at mason to make. [1]. It is usually kneaded and cut into small squares of 1 square inch or so, about a quarter of an inch thick, before frying. It is a common street food in Nigeria.[2]
