Chiluvuru is a village in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, India

Chiluvuru is located in Guntur District, the region which was famous as the hub of the history of Andhra Pradesh. Ancient Satavahanas ruled from the nearby Dhanyakataka / Dharanikota (Amaravati) situated on the bank of Krishna river. In the time of Pallavas and Eastern Chalukyas this region was known as Kammarashtram / Kammanadu, which extended from the southern banks of the Krishna river up to Kandukur (Prakasam Dt.). Subsequently, Eastern Chalukyas and Telugu Cholas held sway in this region. The recent history can be linked to the rule of Vasireddy Venkatadri Nayudu who ruled from Amaravati. The Gali Gopuram (temple tower) in Chiluvuru was built during his time. Chiluvuru is also the home to a few families that belonged to historically famous clan by name "Musunuri" (Musunuri Nayaks).

Chilvuru is a Panchayat. The main head is Sarpanch (President). Also, the administration include Karanam, Ward Members.

There are seven primary schools of which one is run by Missionaries and one High school.
