Chikkolee

Chikkolee is a spice pudding made up of wheat, The process of its making is same as rothi (chapathi) after it is cut into pieces and served with addition of spices. This is a traditional pudding of rangrez , Bhavasara Khatriya. It forms finally in the state of semi-liquid and the wheat pieces remain solid, it can be served by adding meat pieces as in addition. These days Chikolee is seved in the redions of southern Andhra pradesh and some part's of Maharastra and Karnataka . It can be even served as snaks .
The contents of this eatable is as follows: Wheat Flour Salt (Namak, NaCl) Water, required quantity. Ginger paste, Tamrind slices, few. Masala (Mixture of species related to India cuisine).
