Chikezie Russell Okeafor (pronounced /CHEE-kay Oh-KEY-fur/) (born March 27, 1976 in Grand Rapids, Michigan) is a National Football League defensive end for the Arizona Cardinals. Okeafor played for West Lafayette High School in West Lafayette, Indiana, winning a state championship in 1993 under Indiana high school coach Ernie Beck.
