Chieko Higuchi (樋口 智恵子 Higuchi Chieko?) is a seiyū who was born on January 30, 1981 in Tokyo.

- She's one half of the seiyū duo "Whoops!!", alongside Maaya Sakamoto.
- In January of 2004, she was visiting New York City and was having problems with a subway ticket. A station attendant told her to just go in through a wheelchair entry. An undercover NYPD officer grabbed her. As she claims, she believed him to be a mugger and fought back. He slammed her against a wall (breaking the ceramics she had just bought) and fined her $60.[1]
