Chicago Community Loan Fund

Chicago Community Loan Fund (CCLF) provides flexible financing to nonprofit community development organizations for the revitalization of low- and moderate-income neighborhoods throughout metropolitan Chicago. As a not-for-profit revolving loan fund, CCLF provides financing for development projects promising high social impact which for-profit, regulated financial institutions generally do not provide.
CCLF further distinguishes itself by catering especially to the needs of small and emerging organizations by providing “high-touch” technical assistance as well as reasonably priced, flexible loan products.
CCLF, founded in 1991, is a certified Community development financial institution (CDFI)
