The Sea Ranch (澄碧邨) is a housing estate developed by Hutchison Whampoa Properties [2] in the late 1970s at Yi Long Wan (二浪灣) on Chi Ma Wan Peninsula on Lantau Island.

The Sea Ranch is only reachable by ferries from Central Piers no. 9 (previously from Queen's Pier) in Central or from Cheung Chau. The ferries are free for residents and their invited guests, as the cost is included in the management fee paid by the residents. Only residents and their guests are allowed to visit the property.

The property has had very little development since it was built. There are no shops or restaurants within the entire estate. Officially, none of the properties are available for weekend rental because non residents and non-invited guests are not allowed access. But unofficially, a few agents in Hong Kong do have properties for weekend rentals.

The Club House has been in a state of disuse for years. Only LPG is available from Cheung Chau. Broadband internet is not available and Cable TV is only available by installing a Satellite dish as receiver.
