[edit] What about Riemannian geometry?
Cheeger constant first appeared in the context of Riemannian manifolds, as a key ingredient of Cheeger's inequality. According to MathSciNet, Riemannian geometry context is still at least as common as the graph theoretic context. Then why does this article completely ignore it? Would it make sense to rename it "Cheeger constant (graph theory)" to make room for the real Cheeger constant? Arcfrk (talk) 10:52, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
