Messy Thinking 23:24, 10 December 2006 (UTC) In the wake of the news that Hit Me was retired for confusing rules, you would think that the Check Game stood to face a similar fate for near similar reasons.

Stop and consider: what I do know about it tells me this game requires a little bit more than Hit Me does. Not only do you need good addition, you also need good estimation. You write the check for an amount that combines with the price of the prize to bring the total to somewhere in the designated range. Once the price is revealed, the results are tallied.

Wait, I think I just confused myself a bit.

Er...okay...
Anyway, Check Game is in no danger whatsoever of being retired. Bob greatly enjoys the running gag about the contestants never understanding it, and once the game actually gets started, it almost always runs smoothly. -TPIRFanSteve 05:53, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
As we saw on yesterday's show. I updated the screenshot to promptly end any rumors that it ended with Bob's retirement. --Mr. Brown 17:01, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Check Numbers?

Any tip on what the check numbers are a reference to (if anything - I assume something)? If they are mentioned in the article as if they are significant, it should probably be mentioned what they refer to TheHYPO 18:30, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
