• It is a screenshot from South Park episode The Return of Chef, March 22, 2006.
• This screenshot is being used as a thumbnail on the The Return of Chef article which is about the episode this image is from, and in the article Chef (South Park), about the character depicted in the image itself in a significant scene from the character's history.
• It is believed that this qualifies as fair use. Using this image in other articles is not necessarily considered fair use.
• Image is of a low resolution, not reproducible in a high quality format.
• Use of the image does not harm the owner commercially, and does not hurt the marketability of the work, "The Return of Chef."
• Image will only be used to depict death of the character "Chef" in South Park, in an encyclopedic manner, and will only be used on article mainspace, and not in template space.
