Chester Northgate railway station

Chester Northgate railway station was opened on May 1, 1875 (1875-05-01) as the Chester terminus of the Cheshire Lines Committee line from Northwich. The Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway's line to Hawarden Bridge and the Chester & Connah's Quay Railway joined in 1890. The station closed on October 6, 1969 (1969-10-06).

The site is now home to the Northgate Arena.
