Cheri Register

Cheri Register (born 1945) is an American author and teacher. She has written four books, the most famous of which, Packinghouse Daughter, describes her working-class upbringing in her home town of Albert Lea, in Minnesota. She also writes about her experiences as mother of two adopted Korean children.
