Cheri Beasley

Cheri L. Beasley (born 1966) is a state district court judge in North Carolina, serving District 12 (Cumberland County).

Judge Beasley, a graduate of Rutgers University and of the University of Tennessee College of Law, was appointed to the bench by Governor Jim Hunt, and then elected in a 2002 election. She was re-elected without opposition in 2006. [1] [2]

In 2008, she is challenging incumbent Douglas McCullough for a seat on the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
