Cheng Xiaoyan

This is a Chinese name; the family name is Cheng.

Cheng Xiaoyan (simplified Chinese: 程晓艳, born December 20, 1975) is a retired female Chinese shot putter.

Her personal best throw is 20.02 metres, achieved in June 1994 in Beijing.
