Cheng Li-wen (Chinese:鄭麗文, born November 12, 1969) was a spokeswoman for the Kuomintang in the Republic of China. She is now a member of the Central Standing Committee of the party. She was previously a member of the Democratic Progressive Party, but she switched sides, citing disappointment with the DPP. She was actually expelled by the DPP after making unsubstantiated accusations against a former minister. Her leaving the DPP has been compared with other ex-DPP members who did not succeed in garnering the power that they desired or felt were originally promised.
