Chen Yu-hui[4] (traditional Chinese: ; simplified Chinese: 宇慧; pinyin: Chén Yǔ Huì) is the daughter of Chen Li-an, the former president of Control Yuan[5]. She was born in Taipei[2], Taiwan in 1973 and emigrated to Hong Kong in 1995. She is the director of ABN AMRO (Hong Kong). She can speak fluent Taiwanese Mandarin, Cantonese (with strong Taiwanese accent) and English.

Chen Yu-hui is famous in mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong not for her post in the bank, but for her wuxia novel "Duō qíng làng zǐ chī qíng xiά" (), which won the "Wuxia Novel Competition 2006" (Chinese: 2006武侠小说大赛) with her pen name Zheng Feng [3](traditional Chinese: ; simplified Chinese: ; pinyin: Zhèng Fēng), which is taken from her husband's surname Zheng (鄭) and the left-upper corner part in the first character of her first name.

The home town of Chen Yu-hui is Qingtian (青田) county, Zhejiang province[3], China. She is the grand-daughter of Chen Cheng, the 3rd term vice president of the Republic of China; the daughter of Chen Li-an, the former president of Control Yuan. She has 3 elder brothers and 1 younger brother[6]. She has 4 children, which are 3 boys and 1 girl[5]. She is breezy and active, she plays the games of boys with his brothers when she was young[6]. She graduated in the Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University (HSNU) in 1990, graduated in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1995.

Thus, anything not related to writing or anything occur before 2006 will use her original name "Chen Yu-hui" in narrating. In other cases, use "Zheng Feng" in narrating. There are exceptions ,e.g. she was a guest-host in the seminar in TIBE 2008 as a writer, but the seminar title specify her name is "Chen Yu-hui" but not "Zheng Feng".
