Chen Ji

Chen Ji

Simplified Chinese: 陈玘

Chen Ji an officer of the Three Kingdoms Period that served under Yuan Shu. In the campaign against Lu Bu, Chen Ji led the third army, but ended up meeting a grave failure. Chen Ji then followed in putting up a resistance against Cao Cao, but ended up being captured and put to death. A historical figure, he also appears in the same role in the historical novel, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature.
