Chen Heng a vassal who served under Liu Yao, also noted as the protector of Yangzhou. At one time Chen Heng defended Jianye along with Xue Li and Zhang Ying. However, Heng ended up being shot to death by Jiang Qin who was an officer serving under the invading army of Sun Ce.
