Chemin de fer Yverdon - Ste-Croix

The Yverdon – les - Bains to Sainte - Croix Railway (YstC) is a metre gauge line some 24 kilometres (15 mi) long which climbs 633 metres (2,077 ft) between the two towns in its title. The railway is now part of the Transports Vallée de Joux, Yverdon-le-Bains - Sainte Croix (Travys).

The line was opened in 1893 using steam locomotives for its traction and operated a six days a week service over the line. In 1918 the line began operations on Sundays.

The line was electrified at 15 kV, 16 2/3 Hz in 1945
