Chelsee Healey (born August 6, 1988) is an English actress. She is currently starring in the UK television series Waterloo Road.

She has appeared as a regular cast member in all three series to-date of Waterloo Road, playing the character of Janeece Bryant.

Healey played recurring character Katie Moore on Burn It. She has also appeared as a minor role in an episode of British comedy Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, as a female in a group of 'Chavettes' that Louise must monitor for her community service. Her role has one or two speeches within this episode.

Chelsee recently appeared in Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks as a character Michelle, Danny Valentine's ex-girlfriend/fiancee.

In a magazine she has confirmed that she has had a breast enlargement.
