Chelsea TV is a subscription based-channel, dedicated to the fans of the London based English Premier League football team Chelsea F.C. The channel first launched in August 2001 on Sky Digital, but was expected to launch on other cable services such as Virgin Media.

The sound is mixed on an Allen & Heath GL3200 32 channel analogue mixer.

Vision is mixed with a Grass Valley GVG 200 console.

Live transmissions happen on a weekly basis in the form of Reserves Live, Matchnight Live, Live From Stamford Bridge and Big Match Countdown - fans are welcome to telephone into these shows for phone-in discussions with players, managers, pundits past and present as well as other special guests.

Matchnight Live is the regular and popular live Chelsea TV show, with live match coverage and post match analysis on their football club, (Chelsea FC), and who ever they are playing against at the time. The well liked presenters Gigi Salmon, Alison Bender and Neil Barnett are part of the news team. ^{[1] [2]}

Blue's News is the regular and well liked Chelsea TV news programe that fetures all the latest hot tips, news and views on their soccer club (Chelsea FC). The popular presenters Gigi Salmon and Neil Barnett are part of the news team. ^[3]

The channel boasts three regular presenters: Neil Barnett (aka 'Spy'), Gigi Salmon and Alison Bender, who feature on shows including Blues News, Live from Stamford Bridge and Big Match Countdown Tommy Langley, Kerry Dixon, Jason Cundy and Scott Minto, all ex-players, are regular guests and semi-regular presenters on the shows.

Gigi Salmon is a regular television presenter currently working on Chelsea TV. She presents all the live shows on the channel and has been working there since the channel started broadcasting in 2001. Some of her shows are the program known as ' Blues News' and Matchnight Live. ^[4]

Neil Barnett is a regular television presenter currently working on Chelsea TV. He presents many of the live shows and on match commentary on the channel, including Blues News and Matchnight Live, and has been working there form 2001, when the channel started broadcasting. He stared his service with 'The Blues' over 20 years ago doing popular articles for the club's magazine. ^[5]
