Chelsea Staub (born September 15, 1988) is an American Broadway performer, film actress and singer.

Staub got her first acting job at the age of nine, as the role of Young Kim in the national Broadway production of Showboat. She has since been in several productions, including Peter Pan, The Wiz, Cinderella, Oliver!, Annie, Titantic, The Sound of Music, Schoolhouse Rock, A Christmas Carol, and The Secret Garden. She cites the role of Mary Lennox as her favorite that she's played.[1]

Chelsea landed her first film acting role at the age of 13, in the 2003 family film Arizona Summer. After which she went on to make appearances in various television series, such as Cracking Up, Summerland, Listen Up, Wizards of Waverly Place, and most recently in the upcoming series J.O.N.A.S!, a series that centers around the musical group the Jonas Brothers. It will be her first permanent role in a television series.[1]

In 2007, she played her first starring role as well as her first theatrical role, in the theatrical motion picture Bratz as Meredith, the film's primary antagonist. She also performs two of the songs on the film's soundtrack.

In 2008, she acted in one of the Disney Channel Original Movies, Minutemen which aired on Disney Channel in January 2008.

Staub was born in Phoenix, Arizona where she attended Mohave Middle School and participated in student government as president. She later attended Saguaro High School for part of her freshman year before moving to Los Angeles.[2] She is an alumna of Valley Youth Theatre.
