Chelsea Raelle Hobbs (born February 18, 1984) is a Canadian actress. Since 1988 at the age of three, Hobbs has been dancing. Prior to filming Snow Queen, Chelsea had to finish school through homeschooling. She made her debut in 1994 with the film No Adults Aloud. Her recent work was in 2005 with the Lifetime TV mini-series Beach Girls, the network's answer to The O.C., but set in 1985 and co-starring Rob Lowe and Julia Ormond.
