Chelsea Hajduk Soccer Club are an Australian football (soccer) club from Melbourne, Victoria. The clubs home is at H.D. Thomas Reserve in the suburb of Edithvale. The club was founded in 1958 by Croatian migrants to cater for the Croatian community in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. The club remains the only Croatian soccer club in Melbourne's south-east. The club currently competes in the Victorian State League Division 2 South-East which essentially is the 4th highest league in Australian club football, and is also the highest league the club has played in so far. The club is also a regular participant in the Australian-Croatian Soccer Tournament.
