Chelidonura varians is a species of small sea slug, a marine opisthobranch gastropod mollusc in the order Cephalaspidea, the headshield slugs.

Not to be confused with C. livida; the distinguishing character is the blue lines.

This species is found in the Southwestern Pacific Ocean from Indonesia and Australia to Fiji.
