The Maltese Centaury or Maltese Rock-centaury (Cheirolophus crassifolius) is a species of flowering plant in the Asteraceae family. It is monotypic within the genus Cheirolophus. It is the national plant of Malta, where it is endemic. Its natural habitats are Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation and rocky shores. It is threatened by habitat loss.
