Chegunta

Chegunta is the Mandal Headquarter by its own in name in District of Medak in Andhra Pradesh. It is located on the NH7 about 74 km from state capital Hyderabad. Its also the train line between Secunderabad and Nijamabad with a station named "Wadiaram".

Its famous for its Sri Venkateshwara Temple. It is also near to the famous Chandampet village known for its pearl works.
