Cheesymite scroll
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A cheesymite scroll is a spiral of baked bread with vegemite and cheese baked into it.[1] It can be found at many Australian and New Zealand bakeries and some supermarkets, and can be eaten as lunch or snack. Bakers Delight and under Cheddermite scroll at Brumby's Bakeries, two Australian bakery chains, are a good source for this product. COBS Bread also carries the Cheesymite scroll. Vegemite and cheese are both widely enjoyed in Australia and New Zealand so the combination of the two in scroll form is a very popular food.
