Cheeslaw
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Cheeslaw (or cheese slaw) is a salad consisting of grated cheese, grated carrot and a mayonnaise dressing. The word is a portmanteau of the words cheese and coleslaw. Cheeslaw is very similar to some coleslaw recipes but can be distinguished by its extremely high proportion of cheese. Cheeslaw is also strictly comprised of only cheese, carrot and mayonnaise.
