Check Point Mailers are installations at airports in the United States that you can use to mail prohibited items to yourself rather than have the Transportation Security Administration, which runs most airport security in the United States, confiscate and destroy them.
The installations are square kiosks that have the supplies (mailing labels, charge authorization forms, and plastic envelopes) on the top and a slot for the customer to deposit the item that they want mailed to them. To reduce security risks, the items to be mailed are enclosed in a clear plastic envelope that is provided.
