[edit] Note about similar usernames
{{editprotected}} Please could the text saying (although names too similar to existing ones are automatically blocked from creation) be changed to (although due to technical restrictions, requests to change only the capitalisation or punctuation should be made here) as it would clarify where the correct place to make these types of requests is.
