[edit] Wikitext
Hi, please take the time to quickly look over Help:Wikitext examples. For example, adding a colon (:) will indent your comments. Adding spaces before your comments will not indent them, it will just preserve the format and they will become monospaced. --Dan LeveilleTALK 02:01, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Answer to your questions
Sorry about the delay but I did not see your questions on my campaign page until just now. I will answer your questions:
- The decriminalization of drugs as well as the legalization of all "victimless crimes" is a libertarian concept that I believe rests in the Ninth Amendment to the United States Constitution. Some studies show that the crime rate in regards to murder, rape and theft go down in a society where these activites are legal. Of course I am against drug use but the way to stop drug use is not through criminalization but through education. Children should be taught the negative effects of drugs in school.
- I am ineligible to be president because I am younger than 35 years old. However I am still eligiable to run and am doing so as a write-in candidate to bring forth more attention to issues that matter to most Americans.
- I am running for president as "Uga Man" and I would like for my voters to write that name on the ballot.
- Buddhism does not forbide the use of technology. Read the Buddhism article for more indepth information. I am a recent convert and I am learning more and more each day.
- The image is a public image that represents "Uga Man" and what he stands for. It looks very similar to how I do in reality.
Hopefully I have answered all your questions but if you still have any leave a message on my talk page. Thank you for your time and happy editing. --Uga Man (talk) UGA MAN FOR PRESIDENT 2008 05:01, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:AtomicWedgie.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:AtomicWedgie.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 03:05, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Notability of Charles Higgs
A tag has been placed on Charles Higgs requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Hqb (talk) 08:10, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:AtomicWedgie.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:AtomicWedgie.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.
As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 10:12, 25 February 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. bluemask (talk) 10:12, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Speedy deletion of Dick Bennett(Guitar Book Writer)
A tag has been placed on Dick Bennett(Guitar Book Writer), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Mifter (talk) 01:08, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
