[edit] Chris cote
A tag has been placed on your article Chris cote, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person, group of people, or band, but it does not indicate how or why he/she/they is/are notable. If you can indicate why Chris cote is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Chris cote. Any admin should check for such edits before deleting the article. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles. You might also want to read our general biography criteria. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that admins should wait a while for you to assert his/her/their notability, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and then immediately add such an assertion. It is also a very good idea to add citations from reliable sources in order that your article will be verifiable. -Mulder416 01:29, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

Yes, please don't write articles about your family members. If they are really notable enough for an article, you can write verifiable articles about them, but make sure that yoou don't include anything that only you would know about or mention yourself. On a lighter note, I think that GIG is a great idea. Good luck with that. Academic Challenger 01:36, 14 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Yourself
Your article about yourself has been listed for speedy deletion. I moved the contents to your userpage, so you can leave them there if you want. -- Dragoonmac - If there was a problem yo I'll solve it 01:14, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
