[edit] أهلا وسهلا
Hi Charbel,
I see you have an interest in Lebanon, and I'm guessing from your name that you're Lebanese. I just wanted to say hello, as someone else who is interested in Lebanon and sometimes writes about it. If you ever have any questions or need help getting things to work for you on Wikipedia please feel free to ask me. All the best, Palmiro | Talk 23:45, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Hi Charbel: just one tip. When you are writing on discussion pages (but not on articles), you should sign your comments. You can do this by adding using four tildes (~~~~). Happy editing! Palmiro | Talk 20:36, 11 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Images on Toum article
G'day Charbel, I see that your article on toum has been largely copied across to the Wikibooks Cookbook (which is a really good place for the recipe!) It would be really good to be able to use the two images that you uploaded here (of toum and of the wooden mortar and pestle). Could you please copy them to Commons: so that they are available to all Wiki projects? That way, I can easily add them to the Cookbook, and others might want to use them on non-English Wikipedia pages about toum also. thanks, Webaware talk 06:16, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] "The Faculty of Engineering"
I've merged the information into the Lebanese University. For one thing it's not likely that people will type in the " at each end. Also a lot of universities have Engineering faculties. If there is mor information about that faculty that you want to add I would suggest that you call the article Lebanese University Faculty of Engineering or Faculty of Engineering, Lebanese University whichever sounds best. Right now though because there are a lot of universities with a engineering faculty I have deleted the "The Faculty of Engineering". Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 22:59, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- I would say that if you have a lot and it's going to be as much as the Lebanese University article then the best thing is to make a new article. Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 23:21, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
