Mmm... I don't think this picture is free, it merely depuicts the product, a bit like Image:Pepsinewcan.jpg. I am going to list it to WP:PUI to give you some time to look for the correct license, and probably add a fair-use rationale. -- lucasbfr ^talk 09:27, 28 November 2007 (UTC)

I think you're overdoing it a bit. Of course it 'merely' depicts the CD, that's what the article is about. And since it's no straight/flat 2D scan of copyrighted cover art, the cover art license doesn't apply. I fail to see the problem. And you don't sound too sure either.
