[edit] Deletion of Major league wiffle

The deletion of the article "Major league wiffle" shouldn't have occured. The article was still being finished. It addressed the need for physical activity in a youths life and you should attempt to repel the deletion. It promotes the fun of a backyard game instead of most kids just playing video games. Let the article be finished before you delete it. You might have the power, don't abuse it. Vist the site www.freewebs.com/majorleaguewiffle

The deletion of the major league wiffle page before it was finished truly angered me. There was no reason for the deletion and I feel that this page should be reinstated at least until it is finished then it can be reevaluated by the people who delete stuff on wikipedia.

Chairboy this is Penetrating Fluid, I saw your comment on my discussion page. I feel very strongly that I am being injustly censored soley because one administrator didn't know what penetrating fluid is and imagined it to be some kind of offensive term. why was the Billy Wright article deleted? the notability page describes that persons who have been also NON self-published then are notable and worthy of an encycolpedia article. he has appeared in numerous poetry and literary magazines and has authored a few books...

I have the same question. DoubleBlue improved the article, adding sources and meeting the objections of at least two editors who voted to delete. I think there was a consensus to keep, particularly since early objections must be discounted if later improvements to an article make those objections obsolete, as per the "Rough consensus" section of WP:DGFA (which gives as an example the precise situation found here). Please either reverse the deletion or explain why I should not take this to Deletion Review for an overturn. Noroton (talk) 20:40, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
