    BAY.  ISLAND-WIDE POWER OUTAGE. DAMAGE ON YAP WAS MINIMIZED AS 
    WEAK STRUCTURES WERE REBUILT AFTER TYPHOON SUDAL IN APRIL 2004.
    SOME AGRICULTURAL DAMAGE DUE TO WIND AND SALT SPRAY.

H.  OTHER COMMENTS.  NIGHTTIME INFRARED SATELLITE IMAGERY AND JTWC 
FORECASTS INDICATED THAT TROPICAL STORM EWINIAR WAS SOUTHWEST OF YAP 
MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST.  FIRST VISUAL DATA...MICROWAVE DATA AND 
SCATTEROMETER INDICATED THE SYSTEM WAS FARTHER TO THE EAST AND 
HEADING NORTH-NORTHWEST TOWARD YAP.  ISSUED A TROPICAL STORM WARNING 
FOR YAP.  CONTACTED YAP GOVERNOR'S OFFICE...WHICH THEN CONTACTED THE 
DISASTER MANAGER.  TOLD THEM TO GET PEOPLE INDOORS AND AWAY FROM 
COASTAL AREAS.
