Give one of { 16char, 16CHAR, 16chrm } (major, historical, minor characters respectively) followed by Firstname pipe Lastname.
Alternatively, give some variation of XXX as the third parameter (Arg-3 or </nowiki>{{{3}}}</nowiki>) to section link using pass parameter Arg-2 {{{2}}}
.

- See error message, give three proper arguments. No other options, but the typing is up to you.
- Give arguements in threes... Character template, First, Surname as |16char|Mike|Stearns and so forth. The template will link upto twenty characters per short story. If the character is a single name, or must be linked to a composite section title (e.g. Minor characters using 16chrm) use a variation of XXX (xXx, XxX, etc. and whatever) as the third parameter.
