Have a look at WP:Bio - to be honest, just because they've been noted in two different places doesn't automatically make them notable, but it's probably borderline in this instance. I'm left thinking "so what" after reading the article, which is a pretty good indication (to me, anyway), that WP:NN isn't being satisfied. I know 'charlieissocoollike' from YouTube, and I enjoy his videos, but is this article necessary? It's a complete mess, it's full of original research, and it's like it's been written by fangirls.
