This letter is directed to, Charlie Reese, formally of the, Sentinnel Star, Orlando, Florida. Good afternoon, Mr. Reese. Please excuse my lack of proper proceedure in directing this communique to you as I am not computer literate nor am I with strong administrative skill's. You interviewed me over 25 years ago for an altercation with, Jack Holloway, ( ABC Liquor ) and The National Labor Relation's Board, out of Tampa, Florida regarding an attempt to unionize with the, Teamster's.I was young and full of vinegar as they say, and found myself standing up for violation's against fellow worker's. I researched a path to make our shop a little more secure and found myself terminated from, ABC for a pro-union stance. Years have passed. Responsibility, accountability, and some maturity has replaced some of the wild, hell-raising life we all once knew.I'am a mechanic on the,Blackhawk helicopter's for the, Army Reserve's now, I also work for our, Dept. Of Homeland Security, and also work full-time for a local municipality as a state licensed, water/waste water operator. I am having a problem similar to that of so many other father's here in the state of,Florida. Double billed for child support, court order's being violated by female respondent's, being denied all- rights of visitation to my son, a minor child, fighting to have relationship's with my son and being excluded from all health and welfare issue's of my son. I do not understand how or why, Orange County, married judge's, can routinely have sex with subordinate's,use county electronic media, county time and a county facility to engage in the ongoing practice of child pornography, (In the name of justice), make promises and gaurantee's to female respondent's outside of the court-room, and protect these same female respondent's from any and all-attempt's by father's and respective attorney's there-of to resolve this life of hell and abuse to father's. The on-going expense is staggering, The crushing, depressing, and loss of quality life for the child and the father's... cannot be right. My son is relegated to monthly psychiatrist visit's and being constantly drugged at the discretion of his mother. No explanation's, no information, and absolutely no question's from me are tolerated by the presiding judge as to the, WHY, for my son being denied contact with me. Yet...a porn abusing judge may have his way in any capacity, with respondent's, children. subordinate's, and whom-ever he desire's. My father retired from the city of, Orlando,and My mother worked with you at the,Sentinnel. My mother insist's that despite all the failed avenue's I have taken to see my son, you may have the ability to make change. The judge made promise's to the respondent outside the court-room, that has stood til this day. Just a few include; My son will not see his grandparents again, my son will not leave the state of, Florida, and my son will not have contact with immediate family of the petitioner. Yet he has been to, Viet Nam with the former wife's new husband, trips to, Virginia, and regular visit's to Georgia. This judge has promised repeatedly in the court-room that any unfavorable testimony by myself towards the respondent will result in criminal contempt charge's and jail for me.This has been going on for over 6 years. When and how does it stop ? My parent's, my family, and myself miss my son more than you know. Our crime, our punishment for this life without my son rest on the fact that, ( we are not child molestor's, porn abuser's, and adulter's like a very small percentage of the 9th Circuit Court judge's who do as they please without consequence) I pray this letter find's it's way to you, Mr. Reese... and I hope that my word's echo those concern's of so many other father's being used, manipulated, and hated by a few pathetic, ignorant, and impotent court officer's.
